Agents

Student Success Tools · Case study

Two kinds of agents are on this page: the four a student builds inside Render, and the agents I built for real people before that, which run on their own outside Render. Building those is what made me add agent building to Render.

Agents students build inside Render

A student builds these four by hand in the Agent Workshop, from the same five parts each time, and runs them in their own AI account.

AI MentorBuilt first, and it stays for the whole class. It coaches the student toward the interview, turns their gaps into a learning plan and a network, and keeps pushing them to find a human mentor. Job Search AgentA search agent the student builds from their own goals. It confirms every job is still open, and it notices what the postings keep asking for. Will I Get an Interview?Every job gets its own panel of four. They read the resume the student aligned by hand, the cover letter they wrote, and their portfolio, then say what to change in each. Interview PanelThe four people who read the application for that job now interview the student for it, coach every answer, and say what to fix in the portfolio first.

Agents I built for people, running on a schedule

These came first, and they are not part of Render. I built each one for a specific person or group, and it runs on a schedule with no one prompting it. The workflow is the one a student now learns in Render: set the goal, say where to look, check that every result is real, and report what was found.

Professional development model

Not an agent, and not part of Render. This is my own professional development hub, and the model for the learning plan a student leaves Render with.
