Goal
Students send applications without knowing how a committee reads them. The goal is feedback tied to the posting, before a real committee sees the application.
Audience
Capstone students with a resume and cover letter they wrote and aligned by hand for one specific job.
Process
The student names four people who fit the employer. They read the whole application against the posting. Each requirement is marked met, partly met or not yet, with the line that shows it. The panel agrees on the odds, Reach, Possible or Strong, then lists what to change in the resume, the cover letter and the portfolio. It does not rewrite them. The student does, with the AI mentor’s coaching, then runs the panel again.
