The capstone is a full consulting engagement for the city of RiverCity, ending in a live defense of your recommendation. This tool is your readiness check and your rehearsal: confirm every piece of the engagement is assembled, then practice the defense on camera before the real thing.

How the capstone is graded

The capstone grade is your submitted engagement (analysis, code, and written recommendation) plus a live defense of it, because a live defense is the one thing a model cannot do for you. This page does not grade you; it gets you ready. Use the checklist to make sure the engagement is complete, then rehearse the defense until it is sharp.

Rehearse the live defense

The defense tool speaks randomized questions to you on camera, one at a time, then lets you watch yourself back and self-assess. Nothing uploads. Run it until you can answer any question cleanly, then do the real defense with your instructor.

To complete the capstone in the instructor-led version: submit your reproducible analysis, code, and written recommendation to the LMS, and schedule your live defense with your instructor. The recorded practice here is for you; you never have to upload it, and you can use it on your own.
