A place for the staff in each student-service area to submit the real questions students actually ask you, and the answer you would give in your own voice. CopaMigo only works when the content comes from the people who do the work.
Where the content stands today. The questions already loaded in CopaMigo are real. They were hand-written from twenty-five years of what students actually ask, and developed in consultation with the offices that handle each service. What has not happened yet is formal verification, area by area. This form is how your department confirms the wording is yours, corrects anything that is wrong, and adds what is missing. Before this content goes into production I would want every department to have completed it. Submissions are not being collected through this page yet, the live version routes into a Google Form and spreadsheet (see the slot below). Use this page to see exactly what we will ask you for.
