CopaMigo

CopaMigo · staff side

The advisor-facing half of CopaMigo. Every answer a student gets has to come from somewhere. This is where the people who actually know the answers put them in.

Goal. Give each student services department one place to review the questions CopaMigo already answers for them, correct anything wrong, and add the questions it is still missing, with the real answer attached.

Audience. Advisors, financial aid staff, and every student-facing office. You do not need to know anything about AI. If you know what students ask you and what you tell them, you can do this.

Process. Pick your campus and department. Review what is already loaded. Fix, add, and answer. Export when you are done and send the file back. Nothing here collects student data.

Built to be set up for your school. The campuses, the department list, and the starter questions under each one are all configurable. What you see below is a starting point, not a fixed menu. When this is set up for a college or a district, the list is loaded with that institution’s own campuses and its own office names, exactly as that college writes them, so nothing here asks you to translate your work into someone else’s vocabulary.

If your department is missing from the list, or is called something different here than it is called on your campus, that is a setup detail to flag rather than something you have to work around. Say so in your submission and it gets corrected.

These are the questions the tool answers for your department today. Read each answer. If it is wrong, out of date, or not how you would say it, edit it. Your version wins.

What is missing

The questions students actually ask you that are not above. Aim for twenty. Add as many as you want, there is no limit. Short, plain answers beat policy language.

Export

Copy this and send it back, or download the file. It is plain text, no student data, nothing personal about anyone.
