The Big Interview platform gives you a realistic recorded mock job interview in your field. You will answer questions on video one at a time and your responses will be graded on a rubric. Steps
- Have a specific job in mind before you start. Review that job’s requirements.
- Create your Big Interview account at gccaz.biginterview.com using code: GCCMARICOPA.
- Click Assignments in the top menu. Your assignment code is cea436.
- Read the time limit and take instructions, then click I’m ready!
- Click the interviewer video to hear each question, then click Start Recording. Wait for the countdown. Click Stop Recording when done.
- Review and re-record if takes remain. When satisfied, click Submit Assignment then Submit final answers.
- Write a reflection here (3-5 sentences): Was the software easy to use? Were you prepared? What would you do differently next time?
Interview Day Checklist
- Professional attire, dress as if it is real
- Neutral, uncluttered background
- Good front lighting
- Portfolio accessible on a second screen or tablet
- Eye contact with the camera, not the screen
