How to get qualified (the real path)
No degree. This job is hired on a portfolio and results, so the whole move is building one real example you can point to.

Run the Instagram and Facebook, build a content calendar, make reels, and grow the following, then write it up as a before-and-after case study: “grew the account from X to Y, here is the content I made.” One real example beats a class, and you can start this week.
Stack a free credential on top: HubSpot’s Social Media certification and Google’s Digital Marketing fundamentals are both genuinely free, and Meta has a social media course on Coursera.
